1. What is PADELAGA?
PADELAGA is a padel sportainment event that features competitive matches in a fun and energetic atmosphere. The event includes Celebrity, Bronze, and Lower Bronze categories for Men’s and Women’s, and serves as a gathering place for players and communities to enjoy sports and entertainment in one event.
2. Where can I register for PADELAGA?
Registration to join PADELAGA matches can be done through the GOERS website as the official registration partner. Follow @padelaga on Instagram to get the latest information about match schedules, category slots, and event updates.
3. When will I receive registration confirmation?
After the registration and payment process is successful, the registration confirmation or e-ticket will be sent to the registered email and WhatsApp number. Make sure you use an active email and WhatsApp number when registering.
4. What should I bring for check-in?
Participants do not need to print the e-ticket. Simply show the digital e-ticket or registration confirmation received via email or WhatsApp during check-in at the venue on the event day.
5. Is there an age requirement to join the matches?
The Bronze and Lower Bronze Men’s & Women’s categories are only open to participants aged 17–60 years old.
6. Is there a registration limit for participants?
Each participant may only register once using one active email address and one active WhatsApp number. One email and one WhatsApp number may only be used for one participant and cannot be used to register another participant.
7. Can I choose my playing partner?
Participants may register together with a partner (1 team consists of 2 players) during the registration process. Make sure both players agree to participate in the chosen category.
8. What if the category slot is full?
Each category has a limited participant quota. If the quota has been reached, registration will automatically close.
9. When will the match schedule be announced?
The match schedule and bracket draw will be announced through participant email and the official PADELAGA Instagram closer to the event date.
10. Do participants need to bring their own equipment?
Participants are advised to bring their own playing equipment such as a padel racket, sports shoes, and suitable sportswear.
11. Will there be check-in at the venue?
Yes, all participants are required to do a check-in at the venue before the match begins for participant data verification.
12. Can registration be refunded, rescheduled, or transferred?
Successfully completed registrations cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or transferred. If a participant is unable to attend, they may register again as long as the category slot is still available.
1. What time does the event area open?
The PADELAGA event area opens at 06.00 WIB. Arrive early to enjoy all the matches and activities available.
2. Is parking available?
Parking is available around Padelbox Kemang. Valet parking is also available on site for an additional fee. Parking capacity is limited, so arriving early or using ride-hailing transportation is recommended.
3. Can family or friends enter the event area?
Yes. Family and friends are allowed to enter to watch the matches and enjoy the various activities in the PADELAGA area.
4. Can visitors exit and re-enter the event area?
Visitors may exit and re-enter the event area during the event. However, visitors are encouraged to stay in the area so they do not miss the activations, games, and F&B area available.
5. Can I bring outside food and drinks?
Visitors are not allowed to bring food and drinks from outside. However, visitors are allowed to take a cup to drink mineral water. Refill drinking water from prepared gallons and food and beverages from F&B tenants will be available in the event area.

Facilities available at PADELAGA include: Padel Courts / Match Area, Spectator Area, Brand & Activation Booths, F&B Area, Toilet, Musholla, and Community & Activity Zones.
